The app serve me well unlike binance and luno that charge me half of what i purchase with network fees, my only problem is that the app hang when you left the app but you can always restart the app for a good performance. 

They are reliable in term of deposit and in term of buying cripto, you get your cripto within 5min at worst, I almost feel discurage about the rating of the app but because it doesnt work for a person doesnt mean it not gonna work for you, try your luck. I love you roqqu

At first i was enjoying the app, i did all verifications necessary to carry out huge transactions, at first i was able to carry out transactions of up to 500k but not more than 750k since 3days ago now and i’ve been done told by both the app and website that i need to increase my withdrawal limits by providing means of verification of which i have already done, i have mailed you guys several times but got no response till now.

A whole lots of peoples complain about this app a lot when it comes to transacting on it but I see this app as the best when it comes to charges being deducted per transaction. 

No charges upon deposit and neither do they charge on withdrawals. And the security on the app is second to none. It’s the very best app I’ve seen.

Very, very bad experience. I attempted to transfer my crypto to another since 23rd Aug and 5 days later, nothing has happened. I tried calling for help and got none. The phones are almost always switched off and if it manages to go through, you will be told that the user is busy. 

When at last I got someone on the phone, I was told to try the website. On doing that, I still had the same experience. I can’t move anything out. Today after 5 days of frantic efforts to effect a transaction, no help

Delay in Transaction. Transaction is very slow. The very first day i tried transacting, it was so bad. My crypto was not sent and it wasn’t refunded back to my wallet. It was 2days after I got back my crypto. I have N1000 in my NGN Wallet and I put N950 to withdraw, Roqqu has not been able to pay me since yesterday. 

What if I now have Millions inside, that is how they will delay my Transaction and not pay me too.

If it’s possible for me to give zero star, I would. The worst app I’ve ever seen, made two different transactions and none of it is successful, deposited Tron, can’t find it, placed withdrawal and I wasn’t credited. 

It will be better to rectify this, as I may take steps which may be threatening to the image of this company.

If you want to sell, you cash is going to hang. Don’t think of accepting or receiving Crypto with Roqqu, else it will never arrive.

In 3 days of my investigations, I found enough.

Roqqu stores all your personal information, including your BVN in a secure, encrypted form. The Bank Verification Number (BVN) was introduced by banks in Nigeria to help protect customers from identity theft and fraud anyways.
